Microsoft’s Health Solutions Group is working to bring enterprise solutions to market through aggressive internal development, product acquisitions and marketing.
This website focuses on telling the MHSG story through thought leadership and helping healthcare enterprises find the right solutions. IQ’s mission was to help the enterprise customer figure out which software solution would best fit their health institution’s needs by asking the right questions and getting the right answers. Our online platform focused on finding and answering those questions. The challenge was the long consideration, sales, and implementation process that goes into the software selection and installation. At the same time, IQ focused not just on what Microsoft is doing today, but on the questions they are actively seeking to answer tomorrow.
This project involved site rationalization strategy, information architecture, UX design, content strategy, copywriting, design, and style guide development. We also worked with Microsoft to create an asset library that included custom photography and iconography to help them express their story. Microsoft has already seen the benefits of their new web presence at major healthcare conferences where the need to tell a single, connected-health story is vitally important.
