Microsoft had an existing consumer site called HealthVault.com that needed to be upgraded to enhance the end-user experience. So, IQ took the reigns.
Microsoft needed consumers to not only engage with the application, but to understand the importance of the HealthVault app and website. In one site, the owners of the family’s medical history, mainly moms, could organize, track, print and monitor the health history of every member of their family. Not to mention, share this valuable data with the medical industry. And one day, HealthVault.com will communicate a patient’s medical data with the Microsoft enterprise of healthcare products, outside vendors, and health information exchanges, creating one consistent medical record that alleviates cost and saves the most valuable medical asset, time.
HealthVault.com redesign showcases the many benefits of storing your medical history on a cloud platform. It also walks the consumer through the process of uploading medical data, accessing and downloading applications and how to upload measurements from compatible devices.
