New York Life gave IQ the job of redesigning their internal portal and providing it with new life, making content easier to find, ensuring that applications can be easily accessed, and streamlining processes for New York Life’s agents and field managers.

New York Life, a mutual company owned by policyholders not shareholders, launched the Guarantees Matter site to uniquely position the company and its products in the sweet spot of consumer financial planning.
