Project Manager

Atlanta, GA

We are looking for Project Managers that love details! Our ideal PMs are the ones that deal in the minutia that no one else in the agency has the stomach for. They live for it. The IQ PM will manage a client project, with the leadership of a rock-star Sr. PM - but they will do it without micromanagement or hand-holding. The ideal PM for IQ is an adventurer, an entrepreneur and a lion-tamer all mixed into one "devil's in the details" package. You should be able to brave the waters of client service, creative, strategy, operations and of course the client while juggling estimates, budgets, time-lines, deadlines, and deliverables. You don't have to be the most experienced person in the bunch, just the best at what you do - which is manage a project and manage it well. We are looking for team oriented, collaborative folks to keep the projects on time, on budget, on quality and on strategy. We know it sounds like a lot, but for a super-rock-star interactive Project Manager it’s a cake walk. Sound like a cake walk to you? If so, let us here from you.

Skills Requirements:
  • 2-3 years interactive project management experience including project plan development and resource management
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and experienced in running to a project schedule
  • Prior digital agency experience is preferred
  • Exposure to estimating and scoping interactive, rich media projects and applications
  • Basic understanding of digital disciplines (creative, technology, user experience, strategy.)
  • Understanding of deadlines, budget management and deliverables
  • Working understanding of interactive technologies and interactive media formats

Sr. Flash Developer

Atlanta, GA

The ideal candidate for the Senior Developer role will have a true passion for current and emerging technologies. This individual will bring an enthusiasm for applying their passion to a wide range of client-driven development projects.

The Sr. Developer is the lead developer on both client projects and tool development projects (such as RIA web experiences, web application development , and content management systems). The Sr. Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams communicating and explaining technical concepts to non-technical team members.

The Sr. Developer should be able to clearly articulate engineering objectives both verbally and in writing, and will be expected to join other team members in meeting with prospective and current clients, and doing follow-up communications.

UX Designer / Information Architect

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience in interactive design firm desired.
  • Must have experience with new media design using Photoshop, Flash, HTML/CSS, After Effects, and Keynote through school projects, internships and/or prior work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, new media design, fine arts or a related field is preferred.
  • The ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented.
  • Outstanding inter-personal and communication skills in order to collaborate with various departments and management levels, make presentations to an internal audience.
  • Ability to manage time and work within a set timeframe and budget.

Digital Strategist

Atlanta, GA

The Strategy / UX team at IQ handles research & synthesis, brand and product strategy, and ecosystem planning for digital marketing. Then we bring those insights in the user experience design (interaction design and information architecture) for our projects.

We're looking for a generalist, but also someone who has an area of focused expertise. Maybe you're an expert at primary research (anthropologist, sociologist, or ethnographer), or a business-minded data jockey. Maybe you're more of a digital strategist. Or an advertising planner, with a head for brands and how they should behave in today's world.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years working in digital marketing, digital product design, or a related field
• Have Brand Strategy experience
• Have experience bringing strategy to life throughout project or program life cycles (big picture thinking with an eye for details)
• Appreciation of (and hopefully some proficiency in) user experience planning and user-centered design
• Strong personal organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and across multiple projects
• An exceptional writer with strong presentation skills
• Have the ability to synthesize and express
• Deep curiosity, inquisitiveness, and engaged
